DAG 工作流画布升级：节点可拖动 + 滚轮缩放 + 画布平移

- 节点拖拽调整布局（位移按缩放比例换算，拖动不误触详情点击）
- 滚轮以鼠标为锚点缩放（0.25x-3x），双击空白一键复位
- 拖拽空白区域平移画布（cursor grab/grabbing）
- 布局与视图状态 localStorage 按项目记忆，刷新/重开自动恢复
- 实测：节点精确拖动、锚点缩放、平移、复位、点击详情全部通过
